  17. The Microsoft Setup Toolkit is good for this.  It comes with the 
  18. Windows SDK, although it is not very well documented.
  19.  
  20. Other, third-party, commerical setup toolkits are also available (I
  21. can think of InstallShield and PC-Install of the top of my head).
  22. Look in any issue of Dr. Dobb's Journal, Microsoft Systems Journal,
  23. etc. and you should find ads by the makers of these products.
